Acoustic Dimensions began in 1991 with a conversation.
What would a firm look like that designed acoustics and performance systems holistically instead of as separate parts?
The conversation grew into a team of talented acousticians, audio designers, video and broadcast professionals, lighting and space designers with a passion for places where people share an experience.
Since that very first day, whole-systems thinking and collaborative process have been the heart of our consulting practice giving Acoustic Dimensions an approach that is uniquely our own.

Soundmixers.com “Audio Resources Ltd.” was started in 1996 in Colorado to serve the high end professional sound engineer market. This includes supplying equipment to sound engineers doing feature film work and ENG. We supplied equipment used by engineers in many major feature films. We also supplied equipment used by NBC News, ABC News, CBS news, “20/20”, “60 Minutes”, “48 Hours”, and others. Late in 2004 “Audio Resources” relocated to Arizona where we changed our name to “Audio 50”.
Over the years, “Audio Resources Ltd.” realized a great need for quality equipment at affordable prices and at varying price points. From this we expanded into many audio markets with the same basic goal, to achieve audio excellence and not just make a sale.

FUN Stuff from the early days of EAW and the web

eaw-funWay back in 1995 when I started www.eaw.com there was not much in the way of fun stuff on biz sites so we make took the jokes and funny stuff people sent in on email (actually that was new and interesting and different then) and posted them to the site.

psw funThe tradition continued at prosoudweb, and was a little more tasteless as it was not a cooperate sales type of site. Of course today this all seems a bit redundant or may it's become classic you can look and decide - please take note these are tasteless rambling from veterans of the audio and music world.
